The 2024 wedding pricing guide
The Wedding Experience begins right here – with communication and connection! It's important that we connect with you to ensure we're a great fit to work together, chat about the vision for your wedding, and more!
step 01: connect and chat
Once we know we are a good fit, and you decide you'd like to move forward with us, we will send over our booking documents. There you will be able to select your package, sign your contract, and pay a 50% retainer. It's all done electronically and can be completed with in 3 minutes!
step 02: book
After your wedding is confirmed, your Wedding Experience officially begins! You will be invited to our exclusive online Wedding Lounge, where you will find educational resources – from engagement session tips to wedding planning advice, and more!
step 03: the lounge
An engagement session is included in each wedding collection. During this session, we will help you get comfortable in front of the camera, we will spend some time getting to know each other better, and of course – take photos that celebrate your love!
step 04: engagement Session
There are a lot of details that go into a wedding day, and we want to make sure we know about every single one. During this time, we will discuss all of these important details – from wedding day timelines to a must-have family shot list and more!
step 05: final planning
This day is all about you! You've put in the time and work to make it as unique as your love story so every single second of it should be enjoyed! Leave it to me to capture every emotion, moment, and detail so you can look back on this joyous day forever!
step 06: wedding day
Once we have collected your finished photos, we will place them inside our gallery platform and send you a direct link to your own personalized photo gallery. From this portal, you can purchase and download your keepsake photos.
step 07: photo delivery
Photos weren't meant to be stored on your device. They should be admired in your home and bring warmth into your life. We offer prints and albums so you can cherish your favorite moments and memories forever.

We love being interactive as well as discreet throughout the wedding day. There will be some parts of the day we will need to be more in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done, as well as keep things on schedule. There will also be times when you wouldn't even know we're there -- the ceremony & toasts, for example). We guide our couples through many poses and prompts so that it all comes naturally on your wedding day, and you won't need as much instruction from us!
01. What is your shooting style during a wedding?
Many couples are wondering if this fits into their budget. We ultimately wanted to include this in our experience because it's something we regret not getting from our own wedding. Not only do you knock out two vendors at once, but you get seamless coverage from Caleb + Britt. At this point, we know each other pretty well which helps everyone be on the same page day-of, and keep things running smooth. We also edit our video using the same look as our images, giving you a day documented cohesively.
02. Do I need a videographer?
When you book us for your wedding, we believe in telling your story in the best way possible. We will send you a sneak peek as well as a 1-minute highlight film while you are waiting.
We then deliver your photos in an online gallery within 6 weeks. We don't put a hard number count on them, but you can expect 600-800 edited images as well as an 8-10 minute film.
03.What all will we recieve?
We take on a limited amount of weddings per year, but in our area wedding season tends to be shorter--meaning those weddings tend to be condensed into the warmer months.
That being said, typically we deliver engagement sessions within 4 weeks, wedding galleries with 6-8 weeks, and wedding films within 10-12 weeks.
